RamboPay

Risk and compliance

Privacy protection is not transaction disguise.

RamboPay is a third-party payment API provider. Merchants connect their own acquiring accounts; the platform does not hold customer funds. Merchants submit a basic application first, then support requests documents, licenses, authorizations, fulfillment evidence, or storefront details before a manual approval decision.

Allowed

Legitimate B2B trade, independent stores, custom services, digital services, SaaS subscriptions, invoice payments, and channel-approved products.

High-risk industry admission

Adult products, peptide or wellness-related businesses, brand-rights categories, copyright-sensitive goods, spiritual digital services, and other special industries enter manual support review. Support contacts the merchant for the required documents and then decides whether the business is compliant.

Not allowed

Illegal goods, prohibited services, laundering, sanctions evasion, fake orders, deceptive descriptions, cash-out, fraud, gambling, infringing goods, or payment network rule bypassing.

If a merchant product is not compliant, a standard descriptor must not be used to package it.

The platform reserves the right to review, reject, suspend sandbox access, and close accounts.
